{"id":13028,"date":"2026-06-02T10:31:00","date_gmt":"2026-06-02T07:31:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/verainterior.com\/?post_type=tender&#038;p=13028"},"modified":"2026-06-02T10:31:02","modified_gmt":"2026-06-02T07:31:02","slug":"request-for-qualification-medical-specialist-partnertender-no-vt-med-2026-01","status":"publish","type":"tender","link":"https:\/\/verainterior.com\/en\/tender\/request-for-qualification-medical-specialist-partnertender-no-vt-med-2026-01\/","title":{"rendered":"Request for Qualification \u2014 Medical Specialist PartnerTender No.: VT-MED-2026-01"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vera Interior invites companies specializing in the design and construction of healthcare facilities to submit qualification requests to join as an approved medical partner on a project located in Riyadh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Qualification Submission Requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">First: Project References<br>A minimum of three (3) executed healthcare projects, including project name, contact person, date of execution, and floor area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Second: Project Team<br>CVs of the proposed engineers and specialists, along with their professional certifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Required Specialties:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Medical Gas Engineer \u2014 (NFPA-99)<br>Demonstrated experience in the design and installation of medical gas systems (O\u2082, Medical Air, Vacuum) in accordance with NFPA-99. Required for Zone 9 (Class B+ Surgery Unit) and Zone 10 (Advanced Infusion Therapies).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cleanroom \/ cGMP Specialist \u2014 (ISO 7\/8)<br>Documented experience in the design, construction, and validation of cleanrooms to ISO Class 7\/8. IEST certification or equivalent is required. Required for Zone 11 (Regenerative Medicine cGMP Cleanroom).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Infection Control Consultant \u2014 (CBAHI)<br>CBAHI-accredited in Infection Control standards, with demonstrated capability to prepare an Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) report. Participation required from the Design Development phase onward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Healthcare Planner \/ CBAHI Liaison<br>Experience in preparing Compliance Matrices for MOH and CBAHI requirements (Ambulatory Care Standards).
