Vera Interior invites companies specializing in the design and construction of healthcare facilities to submit qualification requests to join as an approved medical partner on a project located in Riyadh.
Qualification Submission Requirements
First: Project References
A minimum of three (3) executed healthcare projects, including project name, contact person, date of execution, and floor area.
Second: Project Team
CVs of the proposed engineers and specialists, along with their professional certifications.
Required Specialties:
Medical Gas Engineer — (NFPA-99)
Demonstrated experience in the design and installation of medical gas systems (O₂, Medical Air, Vacuum) in accordance with NFPA-99. Required for Zone 9 (Class B+ Surgery Unit) and Zone 10 (Advanced Infusion Therapies).
Cleanroom / cGMP Specialist — (ISO 7/8)
Documented experience in the design, construction, and validation of cleanrooms to ISO Class 7/8. IEST certification or equivalent is required. Required for Zone 11 (Regenerative Medicine cGMP Cleanroom).
Infection Control Consultant — (CBAHI)
CBAHI-accredited in Infection Control standards, with demonstrated capability to prepare an Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) report. Participation required from the Design Development phase onward.
Healthcare Planner / CBAHI Liaison
Experience in preparing Compliance Matrices for MOH and CBAHI requirements (Ambulatory Care Standards). Responsible for coordinating with regulatory authorities from the IFC phase through final handover.
Third: Accreditations
Copies of relevant certifications, including NFPA-99, CBAHI, IEST, or recognized equivalents, as applicable to the specialty being applied for.
Fourth: Corporate Documents
Valid commercial registration certificate, Zakat and Tax certificate, and social insurance certificate (GOSI).
Fifth: Confidentiality
Agreement to execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to accessing the detailed technical specifications.
Note
Following the initial review, shortlisted companies will be notified of a technical meeting scheduled for formal approval by the Owner’s representatives.
