- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or relevant.
- Experience in High-End Finishing and Fit Out Works.
- Excellent communication & leadership skills.
- Very good knowledge of reading & understanding technical & shop drawings.
- Responsible for finishing and fitting out of projects.
- Responsible for all day-to-day site activities.
- Follow up with all subcontractors and monitor the progress of their work.
- Prepare reports for site activities.
- Uphold site inspections for all fit-out works.
- Monitor material usage and ensure the least waste overall production processes.
- Propose and implement innovative ideas to save materials and man/hours
- Responsible for following the site schedule and maintaining delivery of site on time.
- Assuring the quality/safety measures are maintained on site.
- Preparing & Reviewing the subcontractors’ invoices according to site progress.
