In 2022, Vera undertook an exceptional project to renovate the Saudi Bell Group Co’s main headquarters, transforming a dated structure into a state-of-the-art administrative center. Spanning 3,900 square meters, the project was a true challenge, requiring the complete overhaul of the building to reflect the company’s innovative spirit and embrace a sleek modern industrial design inspired by its brand identity.
From Old to Outstanding:
Vera reimagined the building by incorporating a contemporary glass curtain wall façade that not only modernized the structure but also allowed natural light to flood the interiors. To enhance the workspace, lush green spaces and recreational areas were integrated, creating a productive and creative atmosphere.
A Design That Reflects the Brand Identity:
The design captured the essence of the Saudi Bell Group Co’s brand through a strategic use of color:
- Soft yellow tones were introduced with light wooden elements, adding warmth and energy.

- Low ceiling height (280 cm): Vera ingeniously used semi-indirect lighting fixtures to enhance the visual appeal without compromising functionality.
